On the 20th May, members were invited to participate in our first ever Quest afternoon. Members formed groups of 4 to 5 and each person was allocated one of the following roles:
Lead - Side Kick - Familiar - Support

The teams were given a map and released into the world.
As the Teams travelled around Pageturnia they completing challenges at different locations marked on their maps. With each completed challenge teams recieved riddle pieces that helped them discover the final prize. With every challenge failed teams suffered loses such as the death of their character.
Prizes were awarded at the end of the afternoon to the first group to complete the riddle and the group with the best story written at Mrs Daly's Cave of reptiles.
The following was the winning short story, written by Daniel, Jack F, Isak & Toby:
At the break of dawn, drizzled mist drifting slowly through the land of Pageturnia, a small band of unknown faces set out on an adventure sure to win some fame and fortune.
Or so they thought….
With a false sense of confidence, they travelled joyfully albeit with inclement conditions, towards the small township of Meadtown. In an instant the town erupted into a fiery storm of chaos and destruction. Flying projectiles struck down friend and foe alike, in a storm of confusion. All were injured in battle and their moods turned quickly sour
After limping from the field of battle they set out northward towards the ominous Dark Forest. The sounds of the forest creatures echoed throughout the valley and the group shivered in fear.
